Vino
Dolce means "Sweet Wine" in Italian and is our version of a Port. It is
fermented half way through and then fortified with pure grape brandy to
keep the wine naturally sweet. This ruby style port made form Petite Sirah and Syrah grapes has aromas of blackberry, clove and vanilla. The flavors are of blackberry with a little bit of clove.
